About Us

FRA (South) Ltd was formed in 2022 by Health & Safety professionals to provide a range of fire safety services to support the Responsible Person in ensuring they are compliant with the Fire Safety Order 2005 (as amended).

Our first objective was to achieve a recognised third-party accreditation to ensure we are delivering to the highest standard. We are proud to be a BAFE SP205 Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment Scheme registered service giving our clients that extra security and comfort when booking our Fire Risk Assessments.

We have a wealth of experience working with the Care sector, Hospitality, Holiday lets and a large range of other retail and commercial properties.
